In libraries, reading rooms, classrooms and study areas, the institution should first assess whether background music is appropriate for the activity taking place. The volume should remain moderate and the programming should not interfere with concentration, communication or academic work.
Buildings, faculties or campuses that require different channels to play simultaneously may need several playback points and a technical configuration adapted to the project.
Certificate and documentation for universities and educational institutions
The Certificate and supporting documentation will be available in your Customer Area once the paid subscription is active. They will not be available during the 14-day free trial unless you expressly request immediate activation by email and waive the free trial period.
The service is intended for background music in physical spaces. It does not automatically cover the use of music in lessons, concerts, performances, ceremonies, videos, broadcasts, audiovisual productions, student projects or activities in which music forms part of educational or creative content.
Music from Spotify, YouTube, radio stations or other external sources falls outside the scope of the FreeMusix service and its supporting documentation.
