FreeMusix provides a professional music solution for corporate events, trade shows, conferences, presentations, exhibitions, showrooms, receptions and other temporary projects that require background music for a limited period.
The standard plan includes temporary streaming access for up to five consecutive calendar days, one location, one simultaneous playback point and a licence document linked to the contracted event.
Before sending the payment link, we review the event details. Once the service has been confirmed, we provide an individual temporary account, the corresponding documentation and the exact activation dates.

Frequently asked questions about music for events
What does the €100 Event Pass include?
- It includes one event, one location, up to five consecutive calendar days, one simultaneous playback point, a temporary account, streaming access to the enabled catalogue, a licence document and basic activation support. The price excludes VAT.
What types of event is it designed for?
- It is intended mainly for trade shows, conferences, presentations, exhibitions, showrooms, exhibition stands, receptions, corporate drinks events, professional meetings, internal business events and temporary spaces.
Is it suitable for weddings, parties or events with dancing?
- These are not automatically included in the standard plan. Weddings, parties, events with dancing, DJ sets and other social or recreational uses must be reviewed in advance and may require different conditions.
Can it be used at a trade show stand?
- Yes. The standard plan can be used as background music at a stand, showroom or exhibition space, provided that the location, dates and playback point are included in the licence.
Do the five days have to be consecutive?
- Yes. The standard plan covers up to five consecutive calendar days. A different proposal will be prepared for separate dates or recurring events.
Can I use the account before or after the event?
- No. The temporary account will only be active during the contracted dates and must not be used outside the authorised period.
Can the account be shared with other exhibitors?
- No. The login details are exclusive to the customer and may only be used at the locations, areas and playback points listed in the document.
Can I play music in several areas at the same time?
- Yes, when the necessary additional playback points are contracted. Each simultaneous playback may require a separate device or player.
Can I use the licence at two different venues?
- Only when both locations are expressly included in the proposal. The second location is priced from €75 plus VAT, depending on the project details.
Can I choose the music style?
- You can use the channels enabled for the event. A tailored music selection can also be arranged from €75 plus VAT.
Do I need to install any special equipment?
- Not necessarily. You can use a computer, tablet or compatible device connected to the sound system. We recommend testing the connection in advance and using a dedicated device during the event.
Can the music be downloaded for offline use?
- No. The standard plan operates through streaming and does not include downloading, copying or distributing music files.
Can I use the tracks in videos or broadcasts?
- No. The background music licence does not include audiovisual synchronisation, retransmissions, broadcasts, corporate videos, event recordings or social media content.
Can I use Spotify, YouTube or external music under this licence?
- No. The licence document applies exclusively to the catalogue played through the temporary account provided by FreeMusix.
What information will appear in the document?
- It will include the customer details, event name, address, dates, validity period, locations and authorised playback points.
When will I receive the account and licence?
- They will be prepared after the event scope has been confirmed and payment received. The delivery and activation date will be stated in the relevant communication.
Does the licence remove every other legal obligation?
- FreeMusix authorises temporary use of its catalogue under the stated conditions. Requirements may vary by country, jurisdiction, venue, type of event and manner of use, so additional obligations may apply.
What happens if I need to change the dates or cancel the event?
- The amendment and cancellation conditions will be provided before payment. Any change to the dates, location or scope must be approved and reflected in updated documentation.
What happens if the event lasts more than five days?
- We will prepare a tailored proposal based on the duration, locations, playback points and project requirements.
